Looks like a lovely spot, super reflections and a stunning sky!

Not surprised this sold quickly Graham, lovely watercolour of a very pleasant town. I remember taking some photo's by the bridge a few years ago whilst on a coach trip (everyone else visited the shops etc.).

Another stunning watercolour, Graham and I would have been surprised it you hadn't sold it! The red bridge sets off the grey and white of the buildings and the reflections are so well done.

Many thanks Lesley, Stephen and Jane for taking a look at this piece and commenting, it is always greatly appreciated .

I can believe it sold quickly a lovely painting Graham .

Well painted as always - I particularly like the sky Graham

Callander is such a busy place these days, I like the way you have captured a feeling of calm and tranquility in this scene. Lovely sky, good reflections but I'm wondering where the red door is LOL

Thank you Denise,Michael and Val for your kind comments on this piece it is much appreciated, and Val this must have been pre "RED DOOR" period, or possibly another lapse of memory on my part when painting it !!!!.

Painted this for and exhibition a few years ago being held at Callander which is a small town in the heart of Trosssachs country about 15 miles from where I stay. It is quite a well known area fro tourism and thought painting some local scene might be worthwhile, and so it turned out as it was sold on the first day
