I really like the misty effect, Graham, and the way the staircase and boat direct the eye to the cottages. Fabulous, as usual!

Wonderful very Scottish atmosphere in this painting - slightly misty (probably a bit of rain as well!). That touch of red roof is genius and lifts the painting to a new level.
