What a wonderful source of inspiration you seem to have, Graham, with all these stunning mountains and fishing villages. You make an amazingly good job of portraying them and always manage to show us more about the scene from the glowering skies (so typical of Scotland!) to the special colours of the country.

There's a lot going on in this painting, not obvious at first sight.... like the warmth of it, eg the golden greens you've managed to get.

Painted this last year when snow was starting to appear on some of the Cuillins with the sky promising more was on the way, this view is from Loch Scavaig to the best of my memory !!
