I think this has come off very well, my eye is taken nicely to the farm? buildings, and the fence is not too intrusive (as mine often are).

Lovely bright foreground, Graham. Can you remember what yellow you used? I see this is from your archive - keep posting, it's so good to see such accomplished work.

Thanks for the comments Stephen and Jane, I think from memory Jane that the colours used were a very light wash of either Aureolin OR Cadmium Yellow Pale to begin as an initial overall weak wash and finally Cadmium Yellow applied here and there, sorrry I cannot be more precise as this was painted a long time ago, but hope it is of some help, regards Graham

This is again a wonderful painting, Graham. Keep looking through your archives and let us enjoy, give us more of this!

Beautifully light-filled and well executed, as usual, Graham.

A great painting of a beautiful place ---Think I am going to have to come and live in your village

Thanks Mia, Seok Yam and Charles for all your kind rematks once again, always good to receive comments about your work from other artists.

Another from my archives, painted early morning with the sun shining down on the crops in the fields quite close to where I live, sorry about my sloppy camera work on this particular photograph of the painting !!
