You have coped with a rather tricky scene extremely well! it would be all to easy to cut the viewer off from the picture with the foreground wall, but you have dealt with this perfectly The balance of light and colour/distance and shadows is terrific I am really impressed with your gallery (even more so after looking through it again tonight!) Very best regards and lets hope for plenty of good weather for painting out of doors! Chris

Thanks for the comments Chris, it is nice to know another artist thinks the painting " works " as they say. I am not to sure about the good weather in our part of the country as it seems we get a lot less sunshine but pl;enty of rain up here !!! compared to your part part of the country, anyway I just get on with it and hope for the best, Very kind regards and happy painting.
