Instantly recognisable Fiona. Good work as ever...

Doesn't look rough to me, Fiona. Lovely painting, especially with you using mixed media. Bri

Lovely rich colours Fiona and definitely more than just a rough sketch as you say. I've never seen green tomatoes look so good. :)

Very well done Fiona, as said not a rough sketch.

Very effective mediums Fiona. Love the sheen on the tomatoes.

Many thanks Jim, you are very kind. Brian, I am enjoying mixing up mediums at the moment, not taking it too seriously and just playing. Thank you for your comment. Lol.....thanks Sarah, a much more satisfying way to use up green toms. Thank you very much David! Carole, thanks very much for your comment.

Very nice, like your last one. Love the juicy shadows. We've got our green ones now in a paper bag plus a banana, they're ripening well.

So lively and colourful Fiona! You always achieve such good contrasting tones.....and your leaves curl a treat ;)

And they don't come much rougher than this! Of course I'm joking Fiona, the style and application is all rather good. Some nice detail but not overworked, and the shadows really help anchor the while image. Excellent.

Marjorie thank you very much! Does the banana work faster than the windowsill? I’ve only got a few left to ripen off now....still very tasty. Thank you Carole, you do my confidence the power of good! No you’re not Alan! Lol......thank you for the feedback Al.

It’s a lovely sketch Fiona. I love the dark purple shadow under the tomatoes, the contrast is smashing.

Lovely colourful painting, Fiona.

So full of spontaneity Fiona, great work!

Beautifully done Fiona 👍🏻

Ohhh fabulous. I could just pick that red one out and eat it. I love the shine on them!

They look so juicy Fiona !! Love the life in your painting.

Not rough at all. lovely use of colour especially in the shadows and I like those tiny touches of turquoise. Just back from your old neck of the woods. The pies are still as good!!!

A lovely painting of Tom's, like the colour you have used for the shadows, really sets off well against the orangey reds and green.

What do you mean rough sketch?????? It's a brilliant sketch Fiona! I like your use of the purple in the background, it makes the toms stand out. I don't think you give yourself enough credit, your work is always good.

We told you it was really good Fiona, one of the top picks on the gallery! :)

I wish my rough sketches were as good as this Fiona! Instantly recognised your beautiful work!

12”x10” watercolour, ink and oil pastel on Arches. Monday art session and another still life, grabbed the last of the toms from the greenhouse. Usual rough sketch.
