This is lovely Fiona, so fresh and simple but very effective.

Very nice Fiona, reminds me a little of David Bellamy's style.

I think you are producing some cracking paintings! Lovely painting.

Superb Fiona - great use of pen and wash and love your subtle washes.

Very atmospheric Fiona!

Thank you all for your kind comments and it's a pleasant surprise to see your comments, as I didn't think very much to this one. I thought it too heavy handed, over worked and clumsy. Thanks again!

Really like this.

Thank you very much karyl.

I agree with all the other positive comments!

Gorgeous palette in this watercolour of this dilapidated croft Fiona in pen and wash

Thank you Michelle and Ros for your kind comments.

Stunning, Fiona! Lovely palette, and I love the variety of the lines and marks. Beautifully done!

Many thanks Seok, Avril for your encouraging comments.

This has bags of atmosphere Fiona. I can feel the rain in the air and smell the ozone.

Thank you Val, you are very kind.

Simple but effective I like the colors in the soft atmospheric sky

A quick pen & wash of a ruined croft house over looking Clachtoll beach and bay. Whilst the weather is too wild and wet to paint outdoors, I had a look through some photo's and found the one of this I took a few years ago. On Jackson's rough paper, Indian ink, dip pen, stick and old Holland watercolours; c. blue, p. grey, l. red, r. sienna.
