This is lovely Emma, especially the way the birds seem to be communicating with one another. Love the way you have painted the leaves and branches with those patches of blue sky peeping through.

I shall probably carry on fiddling with this and overwork it - but it's too wet now so will have to be left. Water-mixable oil on paper, 10x12". First time I've tried painting birds in oil but it seems promising.
