I do like your textures Ellen. Looks like a landscape

Really like this Ellen, no title needed !

It’s a excellent piece Ellen, reminds me of a silver birch tree shredding it’s bark, they have similar markings and colours.m

I like the shapes and palette. I’d put it on my wall

Lovely shapes and colour Ellen

Love the effects of what you’ve achieve here Ellen. I like this very much.

Now that is a mixed media for sure! Definitely a landscape and an interesting work !

Your experimentation is working really well. Lovely colours, shapes and textures.

Really like this one, Ellen, interesting shapes and a lovely mix of colours in what looks like a landscape.

Thank you Faye, Richard, Paul, Diana, Lesley, Fiona, Alan, Gudrun and Jenny for your lovely feedback. Diana that was a lovely compliment! It is a landscape, but probably not as you know it. My landscapes are always taken from my memories of Exmoor National Park.

Hang on Studio Wall

Mixed media on paper. I painted the middle ground first in acrylics, then I overlayed a monotype on the top, finally I added a few touches of crayon. I left the edges raw. Inspiration came from my go to place, Exmoor National Park.
