I missed this at the time Diana but just spotted it on the banner. What a wonderful tonal painting of a great and complex scene. You certainly have risen to the challenge.

Half sheet Bockingford. It’s rare that I post my class exercise paintings but occasionally I can see the influence of my teacher David Thomas. He has many years experience of painting landscapes/ cityscapes and portraits. I enjoy the challenge of tacking something I find difficult and wouldn’t choose as a subject myself.
