Beautifully done.

Looks brilliant Diana, your greens are beautifully painted and that path leads you straight into the painting.

Gorgeous work Diana, that track really lead's you to the farm, lovely 😀

Spot on, Diana, so very green and Welshified!!!

This works so well - like the long path leading the people to the house and your white touches of flowers etc.

I love the light in this Diana, beautiful painting.

This is beautiful, Diana, full of light, and you are so good with your greens!

Thank you Emma. Thank you Matgaret. I used a fair bit of green gold. Thank you Linda and Thalia. I’d love to be walking up there if my clapped out joins showed willing!! Thank you Maureen. I couldn’t decide if the end of the path or the buildings were the focal point. Thank you Jacky. I was surprised that the light turned out as well as it did. Thank you Jenny. I used green gold and Perylene greens as the base of the greens. Thank you John. Good to hear from you.

Love it Diana, especially those rich shadows and the winding path to who knows where?

Lovely painting Diana, great track to follow, and super greens.

Love the light green against the darks, the bits of highlights make it sparkle Diana.

Always good to have a challenge and you have risen to this one Diana a super landscape.

This is gorgeous Diana. And by the way: Congratulations on your award!

Thank you Carole,it looks inviting wherever it goes. Thank you Tessa and Carole. I used green gold and Perylene green as my green bases. Thank you Barry. This was certainly a challenge but that’s the idea I suppose. Thank you Detlev. That’s one ticked on my list of dreams.

Beautiful painting Diana.

It certainly doesn't look as though you found this landscape hard Diana you've made a brilliant job of it. All those greens would terrify me but yours are so believable.

Thank you Margaret and Val, I hear a lot about the dreaded greens and thought this would look so false despite being that colour on the reference photo. I was watching one man and his dog last night from Wales and the grass really was that colour

And it's a yes from me. 44 yeses Diana, this is really splendid painting. Real depth in your dark greens without resorting to total blackness. Lovely work.

Oh thanks Jim. I used Perylene green, Winsor violet, indigo and burnt umber for the darks. Probably a few other colours that were in the mix on the palette

Really wonderful work Diana.

Thank you Frank. I really appreciate your feedback

Beautidul painting, Diana, Beautiful light and shadows. I agree with all comments.

Thank you Cesare and Gudrun. I love seeing other people’s landscape paintings but find it rather difficult.

This one, I like it as well.

Half Imperial watercolour. I find landscapes really difficult but this was the subject for one of Art Tutor’s monthly challenge. Great practice for tree masses and shadows
