I do like this, Debs - the palette is very attractive and the washes and lines are clean. What's not to like?

Thank you Dennis, Seok and Sarah for such nice comments, I think the actual photo put me off a bit as the fruit was on a bright red velvet tablecloth that seemed to scream at the fruit so I had to cheat and change it!!

This was the monthly challenge for another Art site I belong too, I wasn't very happy with it but posted it anyway, well an Arty friend of mine said she could see me making this into a cartoon, so although the bowl of fruit didn't inspire me first time round it did inspire the cartoon which I'm going to post next!!
