Peek-a-boo

Doesn't this painting look brilliant with the dark border! Superb colours and well designed interwoven shapes. I love the way you have got the fish swimming amongst big blue bubbles and peeking in and out of the green weeds. A real statement piece and would look brilliant on a wall - hope that is where you have got it, Debs.

Quirky painting, like it, and Thea's right about the dark border (mind you, she usually is right). I do like the variation in the colour - it would have worked well, but differently, had you laid flat colour in all of these areas. However, I particularly like the fact that you've allowed the paint to puddle - it adds to the painting, in my humble opinion.

Thank you Robert - your humble opinion is fine by me! - a friend of mine said quote' you're getting worse - waters not blue and are they supposed to be fish?! HELP lol!
