It's quite bleak, in its own haunting way - I like that, because it conveys the chill of the wind, the slightly watery light, strong darks, and above all a great sense of place.

Robert sums it up very well. You achieved the cold windy day, (bit like today!)

Thank you Valerie and Fiona. The weather is always paintable in Britain, wouldn't it be boring living in Spain, having to paint sunshine all the time ??!!
