It's quite bleak, in its own haunting way - I like that, because it conveys the chill of the wind, the slightly watery light, strong darks, and above all a great sense of place.

Robert sums it up very well. You achieved the cold windy day, (bit like today!)

Lovely painting David. I like the colour range, gives a pre-spring feeling.
