Keeping at my project of trying to learn from the styles of others, this was inspired by a recent submission in this gallery by Diane Boswell ('On the edge') - which put me in mind of the work of award-winning, English born, though Scottish dwelling, artist, Joan Eardley (1921-63). Joan had an interesting approach to colour, sketching and figures. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to have another go at Joan Eardely's style.
