Tremendous painting, Brian, in every respect. Your concern for the red no entry sign is understandable, given its brightness and prominence, but if your dropped the tone I'm sure all would be well. I've just googled a few roads with no entry signs and they DO vary, so some licence would be fine, I'd say. That said, it doesn't spoil the painting, merely drags the eye towards the sudden surge of bright red. Not necessarily a bad thing. Bri

No entry or not no entry, it's still a great painting.

Great work and yes the sign is distracting. It takes you away from the wonderful scene.

Super painting Brian -perhaps the sign is a bit bright, but not sure as it is echoed in the cycle lights. It's just that the rest is so impressionistic. Love it.
