My husband and I have just come back from our annual holiday at the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT. I'm a race marshal, so I don't get much painting time - but I managed to grab a couple of hours to capture this view en plein air from the Ayres Nature Reserve on the north west coast. Soft pastel highlighted with coloured charcoal pencils on copper coloured A3 Sennelier pastel paper.
