I've been back at the Ludlow Friday Group since the end of September, but this is the first portrait that I've been satisfied with. 8B charcoal pencil on putty coloured Tiziano pastel paper. Our lovely model, Carole, wore a dazzling blue glass earring - although she was a struggle to draw because she kept moving her hands and feet!
