Love your painting and your gallery. Your paintings are so bright and cheery. Wish I had the imagination to do paintings like yours.

Great use of colour, like a stained glass window

A few years ago, a forest I used play in as a kid at Harlow was devestated by a storm. I had a quick fool around, and did this from a B&W pic I took a couple of days after the men had cleared the debris and it was safe to wander around. In the spring, this place was full of bluebells, English bluebells, let's hope they still come up. There used to be lots of little pools, full of newts, we used to catch them as kids, likewise, lets hope they all find new breeding areas. Unison soft pastes, Derwent tinted charcoal on Sennelier pastel card, light green, image size 12"x9".
