Really like this Barry, I have spent a few winters climbing in the Coe and it is a stunning area. I think the colours you have used really capture the area and the use of light and shade gives the feeling of foreboding that the Coe can have at times, a great pallet throughout, nice one.

Glen Coe is truly awe-inspiring, with stunning scenes everywhere. This painting is based on photographs I took just as the road south from Fort William enters Glen Coe. It is on 20" x 15" MDF board in acrylics with some acrylic inks. Much of it was done with palette knife.
