Lovely painting Barry and great composition, my eye is drawn from the foreground figures up the hill and towards the church in the distance. Super!

After a fairly strenuous few miles walking, Marshfield came into sight, so our pub lunch was at last getting close, much to great relief. Painted in oils, on 3mm mdf, 9" x 16"

Began painting in my early twenties, but family and teaching career intervened until I took early retirement in 1997.
