Lovely work Barry, I can imagine Wesson enjoying painting this scene. I was tempted to buy an unframed Wesson recently online for £200 but my skinflint nature won out!

Thanks Stephen, always difficult although I love his work I am told by my mate Steve Hall who is recognised as being knowledgeable about Wesson that there is a variation in quality on some of the work offered for sale.

Love this, so much atmosphere conveyed without too much detail. For me, this is watercolour at its best.
