Waiting for the day
Monday night is art club and we have a challenge every term, the current subject is down by the Sea. Last night I grasped the nettle and modified a painting I had done last year. I selected dawn as my time of day and wanted to get plenty of light in the picture and left a band of white paper in the distance and contrasted this with some strong darks.
