Long Shadows

Love the contrast Barry!

Thanks Karen, it’s a small study that I might turn into a larger picture and I wanted to see how the contrast worked. I think I might need a little more warmth in the foreground.

Great study of shadows, Barry, and good use of colour. The reds add another dimension to the painting, working well against the muted colours of the buildings. There's also very good movement and the clothing suggests a balmy day. Very nice. Brian
