Well done Barry, the summer tree seems more in keeping with the scene. The foreground shadow seems to make the tree more a part of the picture, than just an after thought. Just shows how we can improve our paintings with a little consideration. I think this is a very good work now.

This is for Stephen Slater and Cherry Bray, I have roughly put in the trees and shadows and throw it out for your comment as to whether it improves the composition. I feel that my first post was overworked and if I paint the scene again I would try to improve the recession ibetween back, middle and foreground.
