Do love your work - it requires imagination interpretation etc - of course its art - not a craft

very nice work.

I cannot readily understand an art society rejecting this .... I really can't. It's different, for God's sake .... but then, perhaps that's what frightened them.

Persevere Barbara- my local art group have endorsed digital art - but there was some initial opposition

The 3d printing is a small part of the process and largely produces the filagree work. The pen is like a glue gun producing molten plastic...a bit difficult to control at first but great fun and the machines are now improving. There will soon be Lix pen available which I am looking forward to and there is a kickstarter crowd funded creopop pen which will dispense cool ink that hardens in the air. It's great to hear digital is accepted by your society. I use Paper 53 on my IPad. There is a board of work I have created on my website. www.pinterest.com/barbarartist. I surprised myself being so annoyed. If I show traditional/ classical work I might be accepted next year....who know what I will be doing next year. Thank you all for you support...

A mixed media painting using fibres and 3D printing pen technology. My local art society rejected this one too! But another one accepted it! I love it's playfulness and sense of movement
