Lovely colours and flowing shapes.

I love it Sandra... a great patchwork design with the sea in the distance.

Looks like landscape to me Sandra but as you say, other possibilities. I really like it and look forward to seeing what comes next!

Really good Sandra. Love the idea, colours and shapes. I just have one little niggle and that's the top yellow bit jutting out at the top. It would flow better without it but that's just my opinion and I do like the idea here.

Thank-you all very much for your kind comments. Louise I'm inclined to agree with you, and will see whether I might get rid of that bit jutting out. I haven't varnished it yet so that might be possible, if tricky to match up the blue.

See what others think first Sandra. It's probably just me. I'd hate you to spoil it as it is a good painting!

Good Sandra. I am please you have not totally abandoned the abstract combined landscape concept because I thought it was developing so very well.

Thank-you John. I intend to go on developing the abstract/landscape combined and in fact this one has given me an idea for the next one (which I tried to start in yesterday's class and it went totally off the rails so will have to have another attempt).
