Experimenting. Think the composition is a bit boring? Green square bottom left has low contrast stripes which haven't come out in the photo, look more like streaks.

Your trying out various things looks very interesting Sandra. I truly don't understand abstract, but I do know what gives visual pleasure .

I really like the links in your abstract Sandra……the blues with the orange, the reds with the greens and the dark toned anchors at the edges. I agree with Alan, a birds eye view of fields, streams and rivers. And ditto Sylvia’s comment too!

I became hooked on painting when I joined an evening class on painting "Abstracts in Acrylic" some years ago. Now retired, I was painting fairly regularly until the last couple of years when I've had a "creative drought". This year I'm getting back into painting, concentrating on abstract.
