Will look forward to more but challenge well met

Boats and ships do present a challenge but like everything else it’s practice that get you there . This is a lovely sketch of a historic ship, a really good start to your journey ( forgive the unintended pun) of marine art .

A splendid sketch… nice job!

Good on you, Angela! I look forward to seeing more maritime sketches and paintings.

Well done Angela

A lovely sketch Angela.

Many thanks Heather, Paul, Alan,David,Chris, Stephen, and Denise for your comments on this old sailing ship.

Recently I have returned to researching Ancestry and discovered that a family who were related to our Family did migrate to Australia in 1871. Been sketching sailing ships as next want to try to draw the ship we sailed out to Capetown in 1972 ....need to practice perspective as it's quite a challenge ..
