Love this series of work Andrea. You must have painted all the shops in the street by now. Love the addition of the dog.

This one made me smile, lovely painting.

Yes, I love those naughty dogs too, what fun and what a good painting

Love the dogs hat!

They just get better Andrea, all the series have been superb.

Marvelous piece of work Andrea and love the humorous chasing dogs.

Lovely, Andrea - and those naughty dogs are so funny!

Lovely Andrea. Such fun in your painting.

Actually it is surprising how many more workplaces there are in a relatively small space Carole, I have enough to fill another calendar I think! Thank you for your lovely comment :-)

So glad it made you smile Paul :- ) thank you for telling me!

Thank you Heather, I did have fun painting these dogs - much easier than painting the snowpeople!

Thank you Linda, maybe I could put those into production! Lol

Thank you Paul, very kind of you, I think these paintings with the added dogs are my favourites of the festive project!

Thank you Chris, the barber’s is next door to the butcher’s shop in real life, so it seemed a fun idea to paint these two as a pair, so that one dog is leaving the butcher’s shop in one painting, and in this second painting we discover two more dogs are already outside the barber’s!

Thank you Anne, I’m not sure if any dog has ever done this for real ever before - but I couldn’t resist recreating it - not least because it made a good title.... although maybe the butcher should have been in there too, giving chase!

Thank you Christine, so kind of you to tell me :-)

Designed to be one of a pair (together with 'The Sausage Thief'). I was asked by a local gallery owner to 'festive-up' my paintings of the local shopfronts for his Christmas-themed window display - and I have to say, after some initial trepidation, I really loved this challenge := ) I think these naughty dog additions have to be one of my favourites!
