Another lovely bee!

That's a Linda!. First look was enough. Fine work Linda

Enjoyed reading your methodology - great result too!

Linda this is just delightful! Love the colours and the way you have painted the flowers, they make a super backdrop to your gorgeous bee.

This is lovely.

This is fantastic Linda. Love the format, the composition and the bumble bee is so spot on.

Another beautiful piece. Love how the curve of the flowers lead the eye to the bee. Super work, Linda!

Wow, thank you all for such generous comments, think I should have renamed it Homing In, I feel the bee is a wee bit big for the flower, you always see your mistakes better when you see it photographed😟

Saw the Bee, and yes that is a Linda ! Very striking Bee against the flowers - splattering really completes the painting.

Wow, Linda, this is a super result. A real eye-catcher!

Love the format /composition . I like the way the flowers are limited colour and the one under the bee is smaller . Really effective

Thank you Richard, Mia, Diana and Paul, seem to be stuck at moment painting bee's but they do seem to be a very popular subject to paint, just seen something else wrong with this painting, the bee could do with at least another leg 😂😂😂

Beautiful colours Linda, very lively indeed

Thank you Dawn and Sam, really appreciate your comments.

Love the texture of the bee.

Many thanks Gudrun and Fiona for your valued comments 😀

Beautifully done, Linda, love the delicate range of greens contrasted with the colours of the bee.

Many thanks for your comments Jenny and Margaret.

Another bee painting, this time I have gone straight in with some splatter work, then painted some background and flower outlines in watercolour in shades of lemon and green, finished with gel pen and white uni pen. 4 x 8 on Hahnemuhle 300grm watercolour paper.
