Beautiful feather work Linda. Love the bits above their heads, the colours & everything else. Are they fighting or canoodling?

Some superb drawing in this piece Linda, very good result.

Beautifully drawn Linda. Great effect.

It's been good following this in WIP, Linda. The finishing touches to crown and feathers are excellent. Gorgeous cranes. Bri

Super work Linda, their feathers are so well done and I love their fancy headgear.

Thank you Carole, actually the colour isn't quite as bright in this image compared to the painting. I don't think they were fighting, more likely showing off to each other, :-) Alan and Dennis, thank you both for your valued comments. Thank you Jim, i apreciate your comment, Thank you Brian, as i said to Carole, the crown is more colourful in my painting, it looks a bit lack lustre here. Thank you Val, i really appreciate your comment, i tried to keep the feathers loose and not too much detail.

This is terrific Linda, the work in the feathers and crown is exceptional.

Wonderful feathers and crests Linda, lovely!

Love the final result Linda.

Beautiful. Love it.

Thank you Fiona, Carole and Sandra, I really appreciate your comments 😀

Thank you for your kind comment Tony, always appreciated 😀

Linda, these two look wonderful, you have captured their feathers so well and also their crowns which probably look more effective in the hand. I've enjoyed watching your wip on the forum. I keep meaning to do that but forget to take photos as I'm going along🙃

Thank you Margaret, yes the crown's do show up better in the actual painting, they seem brighter, 😀

Excellent piece of work Linda

Love this, Linda, the feathers are great, especially their 'top knots'

Thank you Dermot and Carolyn for your much valued comments 😀
