20 x 20 cm, acrylic. I saw this enterprising young fellow at work in the road outside my son’s house when he lived in Jakarta. Such a wonderful idea but a heavy contraption to peddle around! He’s been on my list to paint since before The Time of Covid. Title is a bit of a play on the John Le Carre book 'The Tailor of Panama'.
