Irish Guards caricature by Alix Baker
NEW limited edition print of only 200. The original painting was commissioned by the Regiment. Prints are available via my website www.alixbaker.com, and go to Military/Caricature Catalogue and click on the last image and full information will come up. The shamrock tucked into his tunic indicates that it's St Patrick's Day. The plume in his bearskin is St Patrick's Blue and was the national colour for Ireland before green was adopted.
