Bathing in Cadgwith Light by Alice Hole
Acrylic 61x51cm I love the way that light can completely transform a scene. The boats in Cadgwith are mostly working fishing vessels that have practical equipment aboard that is used in all sorts of weather. However, the morning light that bathed this view turned the battered, dew-covered fenders into glistening jewels and the ropes into intricate, shimmering ornamentation.
