Gorgeous, oh, just read your comment Alan!, sorry, I'm joked out!, someone else will come up with one though, I love this gem of a painting, super colours, reflections, trees, hedges, sky....to cut a long story short, superb!

Sorry Alan - can't seem to remember a joke at the moment - just getting so forgetful. Mind you i heard that forgetfulness happens when you pass through a door into different set of memory triggers. Speaking of which I went through the kitchen door yesterday and remembered something I forgot when I went through the door earlier but I couldn't remember why I had gone through the door this time except I recalled something I forgot when I went through the other door while trying to remember if I had forgotten something in the first place but since I couldn't remember I assumed I hadn't and then I went back out and remembered I was trying to remember something that I'd forgotten before I’d remembered it and recalled that I’d forgotten that the door needed painting and then I remembered that I’d painted it last week…. or at least I think I did .....didn’t I? Luckily I don’t seem to have these problems with the loo door – not yet!!

I'm trying my best to put paint to paper too Alan, not succeeding very well. I've just tried a loose ish painting inspired by Spring flowers. I could upload that to give you and others a titter! Your painting......... beautiful sky as always ofset by warm inviting colours.

Lovely painting, and your Blackfriars one, ' cause that's where we used to live. Nearly forgot, I agree with Michael on all he said, did I just say that? I think it must be the effect of all this awfull weather we are having, never known a year like it. Have been trying to start a painting for a week now. Cheers!

A vicar asked his congregation how often they prayed. One little old lady said to the Vicar I pray at least 8 times *please God let me remember what I came into the Kitchen for* Not been painting long ALan but you uplift me when I watch you as you are just a lovely man
