Very loose sketch based on an old photograph that Paul sent to me. I particularly liked the perspective with the barge and harbour wall leading the eye into the focal point. My normal approach which is generally heavily weighted (probably overly) on exploiting tonal values! Stillman &Birn Delta sketchbook 5.5x8.5in, which has buff coloured paper.
