I like him - he looks a bit agitated !! Like the way you have done the fur and the colouring.

Terrific detail, very lifelike. A very experienced artist, I'm guessing this is oil ??

I agree with the others, Adele. And those eyes are great!

love those eyes fantastic painting

I am painting two cats for an ex work colleague. They both look like this one. I hope I do as good a job as this one. Wonderful expression. Diana

Beautiful eyes, Adele! I could take this one home with me. Lovely!

Very striking and life-like Adele. Well done.

Just like my cat Adele, very nicely drawn, what a lovely prize.

Thank you all for your comments. Wasn't sure if this kitty would frighten you. Perhaps it is cute in a dishevelled way. Christopher, it is traditional oil. It's strange but the animals I have been asked to paint have been a little "weird" looking - I wonder why!

He looks a wild one Adele, full of character!

What a super cat, reminds me of my own kitty, lovely painting Adele.

I'd love to be able to paint animals, I think you've done a brilliant job.

Lovely Adele !!!

Thank you Carole, Margaret, Fiona and Linda.

what a beauty well painted Adele

That's the way to paint a cat Adele, flying hair, mischievous look, not too detailed. I love it!

Thank you David and Satu.

Lovely work Adele, it stands out as a very good animal portrait.

Thank you Marjorie.

Lovely style Adele and i love those green eyes!....

You have an amazing talent - I have not seen any of your works in any media that isn't at least very good and most are excellent.

What a lovely comment Steve, thank you very much.

Very well done, Adele! It must be different to paint a black animal but you've done a wonderful job with this kitty. Love those green eyes!

Thank you Heather.

Oil on Board - yes I know! Not the usual cutie kitty. I used to provide a raffle prize for Cat Protection in Surrey. The winner would have their pet painted by me. This was one such prize. Can't remember the cat's name now.
