"Lewis"
This is Lewis. We bought him from an animal charity at age 1 and he had a 6 year old companion called Morse. His owner had sadly become terminally ill and had to give up her pets. Nobody could offer them a home together and as we had a small cottage, we couldn't either. The charity decided to separate them and, happily two days after taking Lewis home, a lovely family was also found for Morse. When we collected Lewis from his foster mum, he was running around the house with 5 other dogs and hanging onto the scruff of his neck was a 3-legged Jack Russell. Lewis would transport him around. He is a Saluki-collie cross - so sweet natured that most other dogs and cats love him. Although initially terrified of my husband, because he had always been around women he has firmly become his dog and dotes on him - but I am a good second choice when it comes to giving him chicken.
