I thought I had already commented on your beautiful painting Alison. Firstly, I love your palette, especially the wonderful richness of the foreground. The hint of blue snow shadow is just enough and the finishing touches of pen work make it a winner.

I took up art when I retired a few years ago and I am still developing my style. My passion is watercolour and my aim is to keep improving my techniques and adopt a looser approach. I have had some success in local exhibitions and have sold some of my paintings.
