Absolutely charming. And a nice feeling of depth to the background. Well done. You've toned down the often vivid colours of acrylic paint well. What acrylics are you using? I only ask as I'm considering a change to chromacolours.

Thank you Carole and Tony. I painted this using W & N Artists Acrylics on stretched canvas but I have just acquired some Interactive Acrylics which I will try next time. Hopefully they will behave a little better for me as I found blending this time quite difficult, but that may be due to my inexperience!

Acrylics now - is there no end to your talents?! Really good work especially as it is your first go. I prefer pastel and watercolour as you know, but I know that you will master this medium and prove me wrong by producing wonderful work in it. Great cows - love the curly bits on their heads. Keep going with this.
