I'd never have guessed you had a struggle with him - he looks as if you just took the pastels and did it, but then - I know it's never like that in reality. A lively character, beautifully portrayed. Incidentally, did he ever keep still? I've met a few boxers....

What a proud and intelligent dog he looks! Another beautifully sensitive portrait, Julia. What did you struggle with? I can see that Boxer's faces are difficult in that they don't have the same proportions as other breeds, like your greyhounds. However, I think you have done a stunning job and you should be very proud of your work.
