I uninstalled the adblock the day I installed it. I don't mind ads, it was only that they obscured the menu bar, but everything is back to normal again. So thanks.

Horror upon horror!  Return of the pop up adverts, which prevent me from navigating the site on my I-pad.  What can I do to get rid of them.

If you expand the screen and click on the arrow beside the cross - in the top left of the advert it disappears. The ad only seems to be on the gallery, but makes navigation pretty unusable. That’s Google for you.

OK - try clicking on the arrow on the top left of the ad, then “About this ad”,  then “Go to ad settings”, then “Turn off ads”. It may take some time for this to become effective. I hope it works.

They aren’t covering the menu bar this time, so I don’t have an issue with it this time.

Looks like the bottom menu bar has gone, so it's only the footer that is partially covered. With 2 ads at the top and 1 at the bottom, it's still a bit OTT. It's not even as if the ads are relevant to art.

I see the annoying adverts are back, covers the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
