IYour spot on there Lew , he did do some of the paintings for British Rail some of his paintings were the ones you used to see in railway carriage's above the headrest’s. His work is very diverse I believe you would like some of his pencil sketch they are full of detail .

Nothing on mine yet. Clues...He was a skilled portrait painter, often in watercolour. He lived on a farm with his wife. She designed furniture for their home, and their lifestyle became envied and copied. The artist produced many pen and watercolours of their homelife...these are what his popularity is based on.
