Oh yes, too easy again - Lewis got it straight away - lasted all of four minutes!  The book is a great read, I lent my copy to a friend years ago and never got it back!

Here we go - My first image is about a stranger... Here is my second Sci-fi book, which should be simpler...
oh so lovely picture Jenny:) ähm, no Lady Camelia, no Chocolat, it goes in the direction of psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud, etc. Unfortunately, only the German edition has this cover, the English book version has a completely different cover... wow Skylar, what a great paint!!!!

I can't get Tanja's. Obviously, something I have not read.
Could yours, Skylar, be Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury?

Another guess for Tanja’s, how about *****Sophie’s World *** And for Skylars  first one, How about ***Stranger in a Strange world***

I'll hazard a guess at The Book of Eli for Skylar's  image
ahh, is it "Lessons of Darkness" werner herzog ==> Skylar's last pic?
That’s a good suggestion Lew…But how well known is it outside of our age group.   Yes I would go for Chocolate as well for Tanya’s, I’m sure Sigmund Freud liked chocolate…I do. We all have such diverse reading tastes  my Snowman was obvious…just finished listening…would reccomend. That blue eyed guy looks very cross Skylar.

the little book used to be my mother's favorite book, (when she was young lady) and she is 85 years old today:) and later I read it and I didn't know that it was my mother's favorite book, only when I told her that I had discovered such a great book, she told me:) nice memory

I think Alan’s choice for Skylar’s first image is gotta be correct, except it would be Robert Heinlein’s “Stranger in a Strange Land” published in 1961 , so before Dune which came out in 1965.  Come on Skylar … close?
I’m actually working on a painting based on a book, but as I’m unlikely to finish it any time soon, here’s a preliminary sketch outline to see if you can guess the book’s title.
