I remembrr this Jenny, it’s excellent.
Me too, it’s a beauty and must surely progress further in the competition.
Denise, somewhere on the Mall Galleries web site is a list of recommended couriers that are accustomed  to transporting art to and from the gallery.  Likely to be more expensive than Royal Mail though.

Thanks Alan, I thought I had seen a list somewhere for the Northwest area. Jenny here are mine. The Egyptian eagle for the sketch for survival and the Sea debris going to the Mall. Yours is wonderful Jenny.

I remember that second one, I suggested adding a few bubbles as I recall… It’s an absolute beauty Denise!
Both are excellent paintings Denise and hopefully will do well for you .
Two super paintings, Denise.  I thought it would be your Sea Debris for the RSMA, and I remember the eagle as well. Good luck with them both.  (If you’re still unsure about getting your work down to the Mall Galleries you could ask Diana Boanas which courier or service she uses - I believe she often exhibits there and lives, I think, in the Hull area.)

Yes Alan you did, the bubbles were a good idea, I don't think I posted it on the gallery. The fish alone took me 9 days to paint there is actually a gradual build up of many colours on the fish and some glazing to parts.  I think I achieved what was in my mind, it's not to busy yet, it has interest, in my eyes anyway. Thanks Paul, I do really like the Vultues, they have such interesting faces.
Thanks Jenny, I have a few weeks yet. This may sound silly but the label with your registration number on, do you stick it to the back of your canvas. I'll wrap it in brown paper, bubble wrap it then put it in cardboard does this sound alright for packing do you think. Thanks.
I’d say so, but you need decent strong cardboard, triwall stuff is the best as it has three layers and concertina packing between. It will hopefully prevent anything sharp from stabbing into and through the package…  I use art boxes from Defendapack.
Denise, the label with registration number usually goes on the back, I attach it with a strip of masking tape.  Alan will advise you on packing canvases, but cardboard doesn’t sound to me as though it will give enough protection.  When posting framed watercolours I always pack with a sheet of strong backing board at the front of the painting for added protection. PS. Just seen Alan has already replied!
