I use a variety, but Royal Mail Special Delivery will take some beating. You just need to check on their maximum size, but there’s Parcel Force if it’s too big.
Well done Denise. Sketch for Survival is a very worthwhile cause- I’ve entered in the past too. I’ve used Parcelforce 48 hour for a framed painting and also mounted paintings and they arrived ok. A Letter in Mind is as Jenny mentioned another worthwhile charity.
Denise, I agree with Alan - Royal Mail Special Delivery provides a very good, reliable service.  I use it for my paintings and they’re always delivered on time.

Thanks all, great advice. I'll check the size with Royal mail special delivery.
You should be fine with the size, and you can track your painting which I always find helpful!
Royal Mail for me too.
Fantastic news Denise, well done and good luck! How exciting!
Well done Jenny and Denise; that's very exciting news!
Oh yes, sorry Jenny, I missed that bit, well done too x
Excellent news Jenny.  Hopefully we'll get to see the paintings.
Congratulations both Denise and Jenny! Everything crossed for the next stage.😁
Thanks, everyone.  Lewis, you mentioned seeing the paintings - this is mine, it’s already been on the gallery. Denise, would be good to see yours.  Even those paintings that don’t get to the final round still go into an on-line shop to be sold in aid of their conservation work.
