Just to let you know my painting was not selected for the final of the RSMA comp. I am not disappointed and have no regrets and will continue to enter such things. I keep my feet on the ground and I am very happy for those who did make the final and congratulations and good luck. I hope your painting  made the final Jenny.

Well I’m disappointed even if your not! I honestly thought that image would make it… however Denise, you’ve got the right attitude and I know it won’t deter you in the future. It was an exceptional achievement to get as far as you did!

Thanks everyone, so kind, I'm content that I am making steady progress, If I get picked for anything, great, it's an added bonus that I didn't expect but the main thing is to grow and gain experience with the art, itself.

Denise, I also thought your painting deserved to make it into the final selection, but it’s a real achievement to have got as far as you did, so keep going!  (Still got the final selection to come for SFS in early September - and did you submit anything for ‘a Letter in Mind?’)

Yes Alan, i was very happy when I got the email the other week and they are sending a gift, I can't believe it, I didn't expect anything for sending a letter, I was quite surprised.
