Quick sketch of one of today’s achievements!

Well done Gillian, hope you were wearing the appropriate safety gear.
Love the ironing mountain Gillian!
Love it, but what about the flag on the summit?
There you go!
Good one Gillian! I visited our local arboretum this morning which has been closed for the last few months, so a very pleasant change. This is a deer statue there. There are also real deer but they were too far away to draw. I ran out of page for its back end! Must try better next time. At least it stood still for me. 😊

He’s lovely Tessa! I am useless with animals! Having said that I have painted a few dogs portraits buts that’s not the whole!
Did you have to re clime the iron mountain Gillian to plant the flag. Best way to do dear Tessa when they are still or a statue, nicely done. Must be animal day to day I’ve been doodling in a sketch book I’ve had for ages and nit used, not very good paper but it’s a doodle pad,
Lovely animal sketches, Tessa and Dixie - and love that conquering the iron sketch Linda!  Good to see the thread going strong.
Here’s my attempt at watercolour (really not my thing!) but thought I’d have a go at some lovely lilies I saw yesterday.
I quite like that Tessa. Your better with watercolour than I would be with oil or acrylic.
Not in the same class as Marjorie;s and done some while ago so not putting it in the gallery, but this was my take on Lady Agnew. Good enough for the exercise I suppose. Not as pretty as Marjory's  (-:
