Paul. Is that the finished painting you're working on or is this a study?
It’s not complete I have put it aside for her moment . I need to be able to concentrate when doing the rigging and the more detailed work and I’m finding it difficult at the moment but will get back to it soon. I just realised it more advanced than this photo so I will take another photo a post that one still quite a bit to do yet .

Glad you are enjoying the thread! I will be setting up another thread for May I hope that I am able to get back to doing a sketch or drawing each day …not always easy to do as life has a habit of curtailing such frivolities.  
"Teddy" visited us today. I find sketching from life is a better way to learn the anatomy of a subject than a photo. I can't control when he moves so it's big to small and don't worry that it's not perfect. Fun.
Animals are the devil at keeping still…..from life is the hardest option but the best, I agree.
